G♯ Locrian 6

The second mode of harmonic minor, G♯ Locrian 6 is Locrian with a natural sixth. That raised note softens Locrian's bleakness while keeping the flat fifth, giving a half-diminished sound with an unusual brightness on top. Used over m7♭5 chords in minor jazz progressions, particularly where the harmony comes from harmonic minor.
