D♯ Minor Blues

The blues scale is the D♯ minor pentatonic with the flattened fifth — the blue note — added between the fourth and the fifth. That one extra note is what gives D♯ Minor Blues its vocal, gritty quality, and bending into or through it is most of what blues lead guitar is made of.
